- This Discreet Plan allows the organization to discreetly harvest pain-points from the stakeholders (internal staff, clients, suppliers, contractors, disgruntled customers, non-customers, the public, etc).
- Being “discreet” means the submitted pain-points are only accessible to the web-master of the organization.
- Web-master could access the analytics of the data collected over a certain period of time.
- The trend of Key Pain-Point Indicators (KPPI) over time.
- A decreasing trend of KPPI indicates an effective problem solving effort by your organization in addressing the pain-points
- An increasing trend of KPPI indicates a poor problem solving effort by your organization in addressing the pain-points
- Details of KPPI over the 12 months of the current operating year.
- List of KPPI
- List of KPPI resolved
- List of outstanding unresolved KPPI
- Trending over a certain period of time.

- Data on the trending shall provide indications on the effectiveness of solutions that are implemented to resolve the pain-points.

OPEN MEDIA COMMUNITY PLAN:
- These plans allow the organization to openly harvest pain-points from the stakeholders (internal staff, clients, suppliers, contractors, disgruntled customers, non-customers, the public, etc).
- Being “open” means these plans have typical social-media features that allow all participants to get access to all pain-points submitted by stakeholders.
- Participants also could submit their comments and responses (“agreed”, “like” and “neutral”) to other submitted pain-points.
- Web-master could access the analytics of the data collected over a certain period of time.
- The trend of Key Pain-Point Indicators (KPPI) over time.
- A decreasing trend of KPPI indicates an effective problem solving effort by your organization in addressing the pain-points
